Microsoft have announced yesterday that they are doubling the size of both Office 365 Exchange Online mailboxes and also the Kiosk mailboxes.

Exchange Online will now offer 50Gb of storage and Kiosk mailboxes will go to 2Gb. Also Shared Mailboxes are doubling to 10Gb of storage.

Prices remain the same and clients need do nothing as they will be automatically upgraded. The rollout starts today and continues throughout November.

See here for more details.

Given the recent increase in SkyDrive Pro storage from 7Gb to 25Gb the overall Office 365 storage limits now make Google Apps look rather miserly.
