 Swing Migration
Ever wanted to change your hardware but keep your existing Active Directory and domain intact? You would think that Microsoft would have made this easy but in fact it involves very detailed knowledge of AD.

With techniques and tools we have developed our engineers are able to migrate you painlessly to new hardware whilst keeping your domain and AD intact. This works for both Small Business Server 2000/2003/2003 R2 and also straight windows 2000/2003 domains.

 Voice over IP
When you call us you are actually making a VoIP call. VoIP is simply using internet protocols to digitise voice data and then sending it over an IP network such as the internet. Why should you care about this? Because it means that you no longer need to rent multiple phone lines from BT and instead can invest in a high speed, resilient internet connection. You can then also make 'free' phone calls to other VoIP users, probably your home and teleworkers and branch offices. 

Our chosen VoIP system allows us you make digital recordings of all your phone calls (incoming and outgoing), play music on hold and a have interactive voice menus as well as voice mail, hunt groups, caller ID and all the other normal features you would expect.

 IP Cameras/ IP Surveillance
With the advent ubiquitous local area networks, ADSL internet connections and wireless networking technologies it is now possible , with the latest generation of IP network cameras, to remotely monitor offices and homes.

TCL can design and implement a IP camera surveillance system in your home, office or workplace and have it store images on a hard disk and/or send images in real-time to a remote  location. Our IP surveillance software can be programmed to react to movement and door openings or other alarm events. Todays IP cameras can operate in the dark when equipped with suitable IR illuminators and the wireless ones only need a power connection to be able to connect to your network or the internet.

 Off-site data replication
Recently we have stopped installing tape drives in our smaller server installations. Instead we are supplying external high speed large capacity disk drives. These allow us to backup high storage capacity servers easily and cheaply but do leave the issue of how to keep a copy of the data off-site.

We can now, through out sister business Mail-filter.net, offer to replicate data off-site over the internet thus helping protect you against fire, theft or other disaster scenarios.
