Computer Support for Bristol, Bath and beyond
We are a professional computer consultancy based in Bristol. We specialise in helping businesses improve their processes by extracting the full potential of information technology. Our consultants have years of experience in computer support and aim to deliver high quality, cost-effective I.T. solutions to our clients.
As part of our commitment to supporting our clients we have qualified as Silver Cloud Partners with Microsoft, and we have also qualified as a Microsoft AER entitling us to sell software licencing to educational and charitable institutions.
Office 365 specialists
As early adopters of the Microsoft Cloud we are now Silver Cloud Partners and have achieved the Microsoft Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions competency. This means we are able to consultant on and provide a whole range of Microsoft Online services such as Office 365, Lync, hosted Exchange and hosted SharePoint.
What do we do?
We provide a full range of services (see What We Do, right) ranging from supplying a single PC to designing, installing and supporting a corporate network. We also help to streamline company’s processes by either customising existing software or recommending alternatives.
Nearly all our projects now involve an element of cloud computing such as cloud based off-site backup, Microsoft Office 365 or hosted applications like Sage and GoldMine.
How do we do it?
We work as part of a client’s team to provide the service and skills that are not already in-house, to meet and overcome technology challenges and provide cost-effective solutions. We work with the business to show them how to better manage and extract more from their Information Technology.
The Thompson Consultants Ltd promise:
Above everything we remember that our clients want support and professionalism. Our goal is to develop and maintain long term relationships with our clients so that we may fully understand their processes and business. Only by doing this, we believe, can we properly supply the best solutions.
We practise I.T. as an engineering discipline not as an art form.
